At least THREE tornados have touched down around Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. I think now it may be getting fun....

I keep saying that and it keeps not happening. This is seriously a weak hurricane. I am disappointed (no offense to Katrina survivors and whatnot, I just did a lot of work to prepare for this fucker and it all seems for naught)

Really? My girl is up there (Kitty Hawk and/or Duck, between the two) and said it's just now starting, but tonight it will be fierce. Hopefully once the eye passes over land, it'll lose some strength.

maybe they know each other! From what I understand of the outerbanks (unless the future in laws are tourists), every local seems to know each other.

yeah camp Lejeune is getting some rain and we were told be prepared to lose power, but other than that they put us out on 4th of july 96 and said don't die.
