Changing from AM/PM to 24h clock

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if it's possible to change the forum time from AM/PM to 24h clock? I've been looking around on "My Controls"

but With no Luck.

If it's not possible, may someone look in to it?

I can change it easily, but it would change for everyone. It's a board setting and not a "per-user" setting, unfortunately.

What a shame, and there are nothing you can do about it? Like making it a personal setting?
