The 1st Marine Raider Battalion and its Command Staff would like to thank all of our veterans in the armed forces, past and current, for their duty and for their sacrifices. We may not all be soldiers, but we appreciate everything you've done for our countries!

I was proud to serve my country. I love my country but fear my Government. I served 15 years and would have served more, but things didn't work out that way. Every one who served is a patriot and a Hero to me.
