Something fishy is going on cuz on this link he has been banned 11 times but from 7 different countries.

That Steam ID has been banned for 2 weeks, hopefully he can change his tune a little after that. as for the other link, steam might glitch out sometimes and not record the or display their steam Ids properly. They can still be banned but more than likely each of those IPs is a different person altogether.
