Reasons for the Ban: Team Killing

Recommended duration of ban: Perm

Demo Provided?: No. Player was banned for a day yesterday for the same offence. I warned him to stop or he'd be banned but he did not. He fled the server with a score in the minus teens before an admin could get in. Did not get the steam ID from the server, rather from SourceBan list.
