Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you been in the Tuscany area in Italy and had their food or live there and have recipes that is really authentic?

I am going to school for culinary arts and this semester I have an ethnic cookery class and we run a restaurant with the ethic area we choose. Just trying get ideas

1. amuse bouche

2. soup

3. salad

4. two entrees

5. two entrees with pasta ( we are making our own pasta)

6. two desserts
