Excuse for the Unban: I have three brothers on this ip ... what they do on the server isn't my responsibility if they did go on. it wasn't my account and they will not be on the same ip ever again. love playing this server, I wish to be unbanned. please accept my apology on ther behalf. will not happen again, what ever did happen.

It seems that your brothers went on a spree tonight. Tking and switch accounts after multiple bans had already been placed. That earned you an IP ban because of the continued infractions via the IP. Normally, we only disciple on an account by account basis but if people start to abuse the system we ban via IP.

That being said, no one here has the authority to reserve your ban since it came from the highest ranked member of our unit.

I hoped you enjoyed your stay, but you will have to find somewhere else to play.

Hey, I’ve been playing on your server for about 2 months now, love it and have been banned once before for a nade in spawn (New mouse lol) and recently my brother went on my account (he’s 7) and played on his account and was banned for the stupid and vulgar things he did on the server. I’ve dealt with him he apologizes beyond belief and I was hoping that if possible my ip could be unbanned while his one account or his multiple stay banned. However I would like to apologize sincerely to the admins and yourself for what happened, I absolutely love the server and take the rule very seriously as I was admin on another server and I know how it can get when everyone just wants to enjoy the game. If I could have one last chance as myself (Watch Yo Back) on your server I promise you I will be the only one on this ip playing again and promise there will be no more infractions. Thank you for your time. Hopefully be fragging soon.

Yes, it did send the first time. The only issue I see with this is that it wasn't just one account. The infraction in question was a player getting banned on one steam account, then reconnecting with another steam account and a more insulting username, antagonizing our admins and members. Not once, not twice, but three times. When that happens we NEED to ban the IP address, unless he was buying a new copy of day of defeat source each time, he either had hacked other members accounts or stolen keys. We just don't know how many accounts he had at his disposal. However, even at the simplest level, this is a lot more technical ability than that of a 7 year old...

So, there are three ways this can go:

1. We've completely banned your sibling on the 3 accounts that he just so happened to have access to and that's the end of it.
2. You're making things up to get unbanned because you actually want to play on our servers and you'll cease your harassment and you'll think you've fooled us while you play like a well behaved pubber.
3. You're going out of your way to get unbanned and continue harassing our members, in which case, you would just be banned again.

I don't see myself losing sleep over any of these outcomes. So, on your word that this is the last we'll see of your "brother," I can lift your IP ban. I'd like to think everyone deserves a second chance, so be extra careful. With the fuss you've made over your ban, you've made a name for yourself so the next infraction will earn you a permanent place on our banlist.
