I am asking for clarification. I was kicked earlier and it appeared on the console due to a 'Bad Spray Logo'. I suspect warnings were given over mic, but I usually play without sound and nothing was typed. Fair enough. I re-entered the server and requested clarification, noted I had no sound, and again, I'll assume something was said over mic. When I turned my sound on and let them know, then asking for clarification, I received no warning in text or over voice. I understand you all have much to do and are just trying to enjoy the game, so well enough. I changed my spray. The original spray was an image of Malcolm X with the words 'By Any Means Necessary'. I understand if this seemed too much to some. So be it.

I played through a map and a half before I was then given a temporary ban for the second spray -- once more without warning. The second spray was a woman with an afro and beneath, it said Equality. While I can assume your reasoning for the Malcolm X spray, I do wonder about the second. The woman in this spray has no clear race nor any historical context. The word Equality seems less political than a positive term.

I have been playing on the 1st MRB servers for years on off under this or the S. Harris name. I haven't had issues before and frequent your server because I most often find even tempered administration and a generally positive crowd. I know I can expect friendliness and clarification when needed. My experience today seemed off compared to any before. Usually when one inquires about a rule, they're answered pretty clearly. If I had some clarification about what specifically was the issue obviously I'd have complied. The community within the server made no mention of the spray too, so I neither had any administrative response, nor community response to do with my sprays.

In terms of sprays, I have a greater confusion as to what is allowed and what is not allowed. More often than not there's at least one spray with a largely exposed woman, swastikas, burning crosses, and white power symbols, yet I have yet to see any of these garner any administrative action. Obviously, I do not play 24/7, so it's not unfathomable that these happen when I am not present.

Again, I understand this was an one hour an, but I wanted to get some clarification here as I did not receive any in-game and, as stated before, would like to abide by the MRB rules as best I can.

First off I'd like to commend you on posting a unban request respectfully. Like you said it was only for an hour and you would like come clarity on the matter.

Here is a list of what isn't allowed in Sprays.

• Unreasonable Nudity

  (Pornographic nudity, Sexual nudity, Suggestive nudity, reproductive organs, etc. If you have to ask if your image is unreasonable, it probably is.)

• Unit Slamming

  (Any obvious disrespect towards any unit, allied or not.)

• Racism

  (Fairly obvious)

• Blatant Disrespect towards any person

  (Flaming anyone from any unit, any place, anywhere. Politics and Celebrities not included.)

• Offensive/Disturbing material

  (A loose rule. Use common sense, if you step over the line on offensiveness, an admin will let you know.)

Now that last rule,Offensive/Disturbing material is a pretty loose rule, but they are political motivation sprays which are not allowed on our server. It's always up to the admin's discretion on what is appropriate or not. We usually stand by our admins, but there is always a chance that we might side with the pubbers in minor cases like this. Two of our admins were present and both said that they gave multiple warnings over the mic. One has been warning you for a few days about your sprays. But like you stated, you had no sound. I have contacted both admins to use in game chat as well as their mics when explaining why someone gets kicked. Now please consider this your only warning, next time the ban will remain for a longer period of time if you keep up with these political movement sprays.
