Fix for Video Issues with NVidia Video Card

As you can see my internet and computer should be perfectly fine to run the game but unfortunately I have severe stuttering/lag problems which are definitely caused by my computer, not my internet. I tried lowering my settings and I read up on some guides to max my FPS but nothing worked. Last night I did some searching and found a video about fixing the stuttering in gta and tried it. So far it's actually worked, I haven't played the game this smooth since I last played on my console. So I figured I would post it for others who have the same problem and want to fix it. NOTE: THIS FIX IS ONLY FOR NVIDIA USERS!

I just tried this on another game that I play much and it really works. I was messing around with the settings like the guy in the video and the game runs better now.
