UnBan Request: gIn

[Dawson 1st MRB]

I accidentally hit the wrong number while trying to ban a guy and now this guy is Banned. I've had 2 people attempt to unban him both through his ip address and his steam ID. He is still having problems being banned. I've attempted to get him to reset his IP address. He was able to play for a little while after having his IP ban removed, but when the map changed, it rebaned him.
