I was wondering if anyone has any tweaks that could help my shuttering that happens every now and then?

1.6 is the brightest setting for gamma i prefer to have mine a 2.2 and i was just curious about the fps because it says fps_max 500 which is ridiculous. i play at 200 fps. 300 is default is 121 is pretty standard for average computers i would say.

also unless you like changing your gamma a lot i would just remove that section
