Comments:he was using 2 IPs didnt get the first one so we need to keep a watch for this guy. was trying to be fair and not perma ban him but guess that didnt work for him

I have banned two different IPs when I looked for him on sourcr bans. Both have been permanently banned. Let me know if he somehow comes back.
