Reasons for the Ban: Teamkilling.

Demo Provided?: No.

Comments: This player just came back from a 1 month ban and decided to start teamkilling again and got banned by 1 hour by Stephenson. This player has had his chances to read our rules and follow our server rules but he failed to do so. He has 5 bans on his record and I have now added a 6th ban with the lenght of permanent.
