As far as I can see, 2ndLt. Quarterman banned you for some different reasons.

Not listening to admins, disrespecting Quarterman and got banned for that. Then you came back on another account and started to harassed him in which Quarterman made your ban permanent.

Not following the rules and harassing/disrespecting pubbers and 1st MRB members is not tolerated at all.

Unless an Officer decides to unban you, your ban will stay.
