You most likely entered the wrong/no password.

Speak with one of the higher ranking members of the unit to have it reset for you if you cannot remember it.

Were you ever able to get into Vent by having an admin reset your Vent password?

I reset his password last night and he was on and talking in vent and could hear me. mark as resolved and close the ticket.
