KEYBOARD KEYS WORKING WRONG

NEED HELP!

Using on screen keyboard. When I try to use my keyboard the keys work improperly. For example, backspace shuts down comp, the p key does this: p+9. None of my keys work right. Idk if its a virus or not. Keyboard language is correctly set at US. Help me please! Cant find any answers on the internet. It is very difficult to use on screen keyboard.

I'm just curious as to why you aren't using your normal keyboard.

some kind of software conflict if it is a virtual keyboard. try reinstalling the drivers for it. Other than that idk cause i dont deal with them too often.

Because the keys when pressed are working wrong. On my normal keyboard, p when pressed gives me this: o+9 and opens Microsoft outlook. Backspace key doesn't erase it shuts down comp. It is my normal keyboard doing this, which is why I'm having to use on screen keyboard.

It's not a virtual keyboard its a usb keyboard. Tryed plugging and unplugging, didn't. Also restoring my comp to 3 days before this happened didn't work.

even if you were holding down a key i dont see how that could automatically change key bindings. Especially for more than 1 messed up keys as are you are describing. Try a different keyboard, try and different USB plug and also try using a PS2 keyboard.
