Hey Ive learn there is a way to not switch weapon on pick up by doing the command I set as the title or somewhere in the options, I cant figure out where it is in the option and the console command doesnt work either anyone can help?

I have looked into this before. Unfortunately, of the thousands of commands for DOD:S, none of them can disable automatically switching your weapon when you pick up a new primary, like you can do in Counter Strike. Sorry
