Comments: This guy has been joining up and spamming his mic in spawn for months, and usually just gets kicked. If there isn't an admin there to kick him, he's there for a while. I know Mic Spamming isn't usually a bannable offense, let alone permanent, but I think this guy can stop coming in to not even play anymore.
