This guy was silenced for 2 maps for suggesting other players get aids, and then on the second map he left and came back to get rid of the silence. So, I silence him again, and he turns around and team shoots me in the head. I give him a day ban, and then the guy gets on vent and sends me a private chat that says, "Get Fucking Cancer." I banned him from vent, and it was definately the exact same ip address as on the ban list on source bans.

I also banned him a few days back so I know how abusive he can be.

With that being said, you already banned him permanently, so I'm going to change the topic title to a ban report.
