Server lag

Server is lagging hard, 11:00 pst, check it out if a fix is possible.

I am at work right now, the most I can do is restart the server and open a support ticket if necessary.

 

Anyhoo, server restart incoming.

Strike that, looks like the lag has gone away again, and we've got a (nearly) full server so no restart yet.

Yea it seems to correct itself and then we kill get a spike that locks the server up for a couple seconds a few times then back to normal again. I keep thinking it's just me till I here the chorus of WTFs and WOHs.

I'll do some maintenance to cover the usual culprits on our end, shouldn't take more than a half hour.  I'll post here when I'm done.

Yes it is still bad, the server dies for 10 sec then comes back for a min or two

 

How do you make a tracert report?

Gothe in my post on the server part of the forums It Col posted a link to parkers post on how to run a tracert. When the report finishes you gotta right click then select all drag the white box over all the text then ctrl c.

2. Click on Traceroute

3. Type in 208.167.243.207
