Reasons for the Ban: Banned this guy for a day after warning him about mic spamming and harassing another player not to mention he was kicked earlier for team wounding. 

 

Recommended duration of ban: Requesting the ban be upgraded to permanent due to this being his 5th ban in such a short period of time between bans and showing a total  lack of respect for any rules.

Looking at the frequency of bans in the last three months and a total of 5 bans it appears this guy just cannot follow server rules and respect our players and admins. Upgraded to permanent ban.
