Resolved - Can't play dod's

Brief Description of Issue: So i just wanted to start playing some dod's when i launch it everything is suddenly in english and not in my language. My history is gone, also my favorite servers are gone. everywhere it says 'steam beta must be running to make use of find servers. When i try and connect via another player to a dods server is says 'you are in insecure mode, you must restart before car' and then it stops, not full sentence. Steam looks fine tho... everything works normal.

just reinstalled steam and dods is downloading, will see in a minute, thanks for quick response mate

I'm not the official helper, but I had the same issue yesterday just not the language thing. I had to uninstall DODs and then reinstall. My only complaint was I had to redo my autoexec.cfg.After I uninstalled then did a fresh install everything worked fine for me and my favorites were back.
