Request to have first offense removed from history

What's up guys.  Hate that this has to be my first post to the site, but at least I'm registered to the page now.

 

 

Yesterday I received a 1hr ban for a "bad logo spray"?

 

I joined dod_Avalanche around 19:15 EST with about 2 minutes left in the game.  I accrued 4 kills before the map ended and hadn't even said hi yet in chat before the map change.  As the map was changing to dod_flash, that was when I received the ban without reason.  It wasn't until coming onto your web page that I read it was for a bad logo spray.  I can honestly say it wasn't me.  I say that because in the 16 years I have played valve games, I have never used the "spray" feature.  At this time I don't even have the spray key binded to my keyboard.  I am 100% sure this was just a mix up of STEAM ID's.  We are only human and make mistakes from time to time.  No harm no foul.  I'm just here asking to have the "first offense" removed from my record.

P.S.  SgtMaj Booher needs to get to medical and update his eye exam lol.

Thank you for taking the time to post on our forums. First off, SgtMaj Booher does a great job at policing the server and does not need his eyes checked. Secondly, source bans does not allow ban records to be erased. Given that it was an hour ban, it was a minor warning, but you claim it's not you. If it wasn't you then like you said no harm no foul. If it helps put your mind at ease, this post will help clear you of this offense. If you have any other questions you can reply below or add me on steam.

Just to clear things up.  At no time did I degrade Booher's admin ability.  I agree he does it very well.  The joke/sarcasm about his eyesight was clearly overlooked by the reviewing party.
