Server lag / crash / lag spikes

Tonight sometime after 11:45 PM EST the server basically disappeared from the server list, and kicked out everyone, except for 2 people.

 

Map was switching, it said "connection failed after 4 retries" and it disappeared from the server list.

 

It came back on after about 10 minutes later and it's been having random real bad lag spikes where the game becomes unplayable at random for minutes at a time.

 

It's now 1:00 AM EST and the problem continues. Unsure if it will persist until tomorrow (hopefully not).

Additionally, the ventrilo server shows to be "down" on our website.
