It was strange when I got sniped before coming around a corner, so I observed and the first shot after was a pre-quick-scope on P Did prone, I messaged P Did who didn't feel good about the shot either, and another player named Spence[-|-] also didn't feel good about this player.  So here's the demo, looks like a good amount of prescoping on a hair of a target. 

 

Please take a look, if it's inconclusive good for him and sorry for wasting your time.

I attempted to play the demo you posted, however, demos appear to still be broken. The player in question has played on the server before without incident. At this time we will let things be and keep an eye out. Thank you for your assistance in helping keep the server clean. Topic closed.
