Comments: After seeing his name on the ban list again, I looked into his previous bans and noticed he has 5 bans now. Tonight from what Muppet told me, he again ignored Muppet's requests to stop speaking Portuguese. When he was unmuted, he wrote in chat: Click here for image of chat log. He has been warned numerous times and has failed to follow directions. So I've upgraded this ban to permanent.
