I only did a week ban on him quickly because I wasn't able to get a demo of him without further losing people off our server because of his hacking. Afterwards, a pubber named Mayhem told me he did take a demo of him while he was doing it and would post it on our forums. If I cross paths with him on the server again, I'll ask him for it again as it seems he did not post it.

I was in the server that day and yeah, attack heli had like 52 - 9 score and he was insta killing people pretty much because of the aimbot & no recoil hacks

As far as this ban is concerned, I will trust your judgement on this O'Hare and will upgrade this ban to a permanent one considering it is a hacking offense. HOWEVER... I will expect you to find out who was the one who took this "demo", because without it, if he requests to be unbanned I cannot guarantee that he will stay banned considering there is no actual footage of this. So make sure that you find out who took it and where the video is.
