Upon reading this request I have noticed that you stated that you have been playing on our server for months. So I would assume you know the rules on our public server after playing so long, and you should know that intentional team killing is against server rules. And retaliatory team killing will equally get you banned. Just because someone might have team killed you doesn't give you the right to do so back. That is when you contact and admin, especially if Ripley was on the server. If you had done that instead of revenge team killing Slick this would not have resulted in a ban.

 

Also... after speaking with Ripley, you sent him a message in which you admitted your own guilt. Clearly you admit that you committed an infraction on our server and thus will have to deal with the punishment.
