Resolved - Delete Old Spray Sync from Steam's Cloud Service

Brief Description of Issue: Not a huge deal but would like more information on this. My default Spray i imported years ago keeps popping back into DoDs. I removed from everywhere i can find spray.vmt and spray.vtf  in Program Files (x86)/Steam. The only fix i can find is to disable the cloud feature for DoDs and then delete it, however id like to be able to turn that feature back on. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late response. I went ahead and left the cloud services off, as of right now i have been able to change out my spray successfully! If you want you can mark this as resolved.
