Comments: This play was came into the server staying in spec and just mic spammed music with his own personal vocals.  He was asked not to spam on the mic, and kept doing it.  The first time he was muted.  He left came right back and picked up again where he left off.  The second time he was asked, again not to mic spam, and ignored the request and was removed from server.  He came back again and started to mic spam again, this time there was no warning or request to stop and was banned for an hour.  After that hour passed, he once again came into the server and continued the mic spam and music and was perm banned.
