Seems this user did not learn after their prior 3 Month Ban very well. As they kept their nose clean for 3 months after the ban lifted I won't apply a permanent Ban unless a Senior MP or higher ranked Officer decides otherwise.

 

Banned for 6 months. We will see how they do this Summer.
