Server Lag

Me and many users are noticing crazy lag in the pub.  There are times where we are getting a 3 second delay between what we are typing and what happens on screen.

Trace shows no significant points of ping increase; is it happening simultaneously to multiple players or individually or in a daisy chain fashion [I.e. one person lags then people that are near that player also begin to lag but others in the server are unaffected]?

Not too sure, when i joined people were complaining. It seemed as if the server was a few seconds behind any command anyone did...But as of now it seems to be fine, only one person was complaining, like normal lol.
