Attached to this ban request is a demo of Mr. Waffles' playing, clearly showing his use of wallhack. The demo was recorded on the 24/7 Snow Bridge server, and is included in Mr. Waffles's permanent ban info at the 24/7's SourceBans page. Playing this very short demo with mat_wireframe 1 leaves no doubt.

The IP that links these 4 accounts is 108.230.110.41. All the 4 accounts have been banned while using this IP since Sep/2015.

 

For instance, Mr. Waffles was also automatically banned by SMAC on the Blitzkrieg Whores server.

Ghost (STEAM_0:0:91070990) is surely the same guy, as the timestamps and same IP on his many bans show:

How this case came about: I received a message from our fellow player free bird, saying he was concerned about Ghost's suspicious gameplay, during his 03/Mar/2018 session (Ghost was using the nick "（神話）雌犬が所有す" at the time). I joined spectators at 08:28:17 and he left at 08:31:12. In those less than 3 minutes I couldn't definitely find out whether he was indeed cheating or not, albeit leaning towards yes, thus warranting further inquests. Afterwards I started searching and found his many bans, and his secondary accounts linked by the same IP, and finally a demo included in one of the SourceBans info pages. Thanks free bird for the tip about this guy!
