Details:

The player shows no intention to play the game, only wanting to disturb the server. Has played on only 3 days since March 2014, was banned for TK once already and has 74 TKs in his 1 hour of gameplay, with only 3 regular kills.
Last night on his 2 heavy team killing sessions this player certainly caused many people to leave the server.
For all of this, a permanent ban is adequate.
