The thing i find most suspect about this player is they hold straight angles and don't offset the crosshair to compensate for reaction time. 0:46 is the most suspect. 

 

If you check their steam id. They have already 2 game bans from the same IP (uses 3 ID's by the looks of it) and have previously been banned on the server (under a different steam id).
