"Slide to the left. Slide to the right. Criss-Cross"

I seen many tests like this before and I concluded that these tests are very biased to make people think they are "on the left".

Many of the questions that are asked are also non-sensical. Nobody who is "on the right" even believes in that, and that the question misrepresents the counter-position. For example:

  •  "The freer the markets, the freer the people." - That is not the capitalist argument. No capitalist believes in that. A capitalist will tell you that in order to have a free society, the markets must be free. Not that the free markets themselves leads to a free society. This is a misrepresentation of the people who are "on the right".
  •  "Inheritance is a legitimate form of wealth."  - The way this question is set-up is biased. The better question should be, "the state should seize inheritance money". But that sounds too dark. So the authors of this test rewrote the question. The way this question is stated sounds "do you think it is messed up that some people to inherit a lot of money while other people do not get any at all?". The majority of people, including capitalists, will all tell you yes. But that does not mean they think the state should seize the money.
  •  "All people - regardless of factors like culture or sexuality - should be treated equally." - Nobody, legit nobody (except a statistically insignificant population of people), actually thinks otherwise. This question would slide you to "the left" if you think like that, and slide you "to the right" if you pick otherwise. But nobody actually would disagree with that, so this question automatically shifts people too the left.

There are many more examples but there is no need to over-state my point.

In case you are wondering, yes, I am a "far-right" capitalist and anti-state, and would be happy to debate everyone about this. But even this tests pushes me "to the left", because it is a silly biased test that was probably designed by a person who does not  understand the "right" side.

a few weeks ago my result stated that I am a Right-wing Supporter and I just changed a few stuff to yes or no and then I was a Socialist or left-wing. Can't say it is biased but yes, I don't think the person who made such a quiz actually understands Right-Wing because many times I have supported decisions made by the Right-Wing party of my country.
