Audited Event Log for Errors/Critical health events

Discovered multiple errors tying to C++ Redistributable issue or Memory fault

Attempted SFC /scannow, restarted PC -> no errors detected but the output of this system tool is notoriously innacurate and doesn't always report Logical Process failures that it corrects.

Error persists

Attempted boot without USB peripherals

Error persists

Attempted boot without Drive Caching enabled

Attempted clean boot without any services beyond the core of OS files (msconfig->Boot->Use Diagnostic Boot)

Error does not persist.

Working with Smith to restore sufficient Windows and base Services to connect to the internet

Was unable to re-enable services at an individual level without network connectivity.

Re-enabled all services, issue present again.

Uninstalling MS Visual C++ Redistributable packages, was hoping to avoid as this will decommmission Smith's ability to game for a while.

After uninstalling MS Visual C++ receiving driver errors which is to an extent to be expected after removal of C++ redistributables.

Re-installing core C++ redistributable.
