Brief Description of Issue: So my problem is that I cannot see sprays. I can hear the sound of the spray but I cannot see them idk why

Miller,

Try to turn off Steam sync on your screenshots. Restart game and see if that works. Also try a different spray than the one you are currently using. Make sure it is in .vtf  format

The problem is not with my spray, its with all sprays, my spray and other sprays. I dont see any sprays

What troubleshooying has been attempted thus far?

 

Have you confirmed if the issue occurs on multiple servers?

 

Have you validated game files and or tested with Steam in Offline mode?

 

Can you see your own spray when you play using the "create a server" function?

 

Have you attempted the alteration ti the Steam sync settings recommended above (forces your client to pull the d at live and raw instead of relying on previously cached sessions)?

 

Have there been any changes recently to your system (e.g. New software installed, New AV or Firewall software, network hardware changes, etc.)?

 

Do you have a laptop or alternate system to verify if the issue persists on multiple systems (rules out local system settings, could point at a steam account setting or network setting blockibg the data)?

No, I tried all the options the Major said but no luck. My sprays are not working, and not only mine, every spray from everyone is invisible for me

I hope I'm alollwed to reply here althought not being in the Medical Office.

 

In your config file, are there these 3 lines showing up:

r_decal_cullsize "x" [Any decals under this size are not rendered]

r_decals "x"   [How many decals]

mp_decals "x"   [How many player sprays will be shown]

 

Which numbers do you have in these lines?

The default for the first line is 5 if I get it right...

 

You could remove all these 3 lines one after another and give it a try.

Please backup your config file first.

Hey Miller did this work? If not could we schedule a Discord call to get this sorted? Because maby if i see the problem in action I can get an idea of how to fix it.

I am having the same problem on multiple servers. I can see my spray, but no other sprays.
