Const. Marc Hovingh was part of our small community on the Island, was a father of four, a 28 yr veteran , a volunteer , a BIG GENTLE GIANT !! we knew each others families , our kids went to the same schools , same hockey teams , him and his wife coached our hockey teams for many yrs , just a good guy ! were all mourning and SHOCKED !  R.I.P.
