Internet Craziness

So in the past week or so every evening my net decides to disconnect and reconnect for hours on end. It stops doing that when it gets really really late at night and it doesnt do it during the morning or afternoon. Now i called comcast and they said it might be because of a wireless card that is taking priority then giving it back to the wire cable. I have looked and I do not have a wireless card. Please help!!!

resent your modem or go into the control panel of your device

in firefox, just type "homeportal" in the address bar (no quotes) and look through those settings
