Scripts used in DoD

Hey i was wondering what scripts are, i here about players using them and that it give them an edge over other players, is this true? also this doesnt seem fair at all to those without scripts and i hear members of our unit use scripts aswell, how come they dont tell the rest of us about these scripts so that we as a unit can be benefitted by them? And then theres no disadvantage towards other members.
