How to get better FPS

I have a problem with FPS in the pub for some reason. Since I am restricted to a rifle it makes it almost impossible to shoot anyone! Anyways, if anyone has any ideas that could eliminate this problem... Please let me know! If you say get a new computer....I will punch you in your ear multiple times! Check your connection speed, where you are connecting from (I.E how far from the server location) Check your graphics settings, check how much ram you have, is your video card outdated? Post specs, we might be able to tell more from that.

Well.. I live in Texas and I'm not sure where the server is. My graphics are at the lowest setting possible and I don't know how much RAM I have..... Also, my video card is up to date. About my computer specs... I don't know what they are because I'm not familiar with windows 7. =(

Hmmm, Isn't the Pub based in Chicago? Anyway...the only thing I can think of would be the video card...is it just the one server? or is it endemic to more than one?

well generally its just in our pub.. it does happen in other servers, but not as much. it's just frustrating when i want to do good in our server, but i cant because my fps...
