After re-reviewing the demos at the request of multiple community members. I am reversing the permanent ban. I was schooled in what the recoil scripts would look like if he was using and how to tell. I was also shown match data from the Competitive matches that take place (he partakes in the invite only division). Hambooga who was other person to watch is one of the admins for the matches.
