Reasoning:

This guy came in the server named Happy Dayz, and was just sitting in spawn window shooting teammates as we ran by. I said something on the mic 6 or 7 times and it was ignored. Finally, I just turned and shot him after had had teamshot me at LEAST 7 or 8 times, and I was the one who got banned...

I came on your ventrilo to resolve this, however no one responded to my pages or comments and I ended up just sitting in the lobby for about 25 minutes before I gave up

Troy was the one on the mic yes. As for yourself, I have looked at the players that I have been in game with and verified that I was in the map with you. While I was there I did not see you do anything wrong; however if you did Team kill, that is against server rules. I did not ban you, I do not have that ability. Goodnight and good luck.

You were banned for a day for intentionally team killing happy dayz, later both of the above you mentioned ended up intentionally tking and wounding and were kick and banned. However you did willingly and knowingly disobey our rules and decided to tk the guy that was apparently team attacking you, we don not allow this from anyone.

First, I'd like to say that we do try our best to have admins available around the clock. Although, more importantly, our admins' lives do not revolve around the convenience of our players, if there was nobody available, that is unfortunate. We can't handle every ban and every unban on demand. Everyone needs to calm down and give us a little slack, issues will be resolved regardless.

From what I gather, it looks like you have been banned for just 24 hours for TKing. If you have read our MOTD you would have found that we have zero tolerance for retaliatory TKs. Sgt. Collins has done everything by the book; he comes in, sees a bunch of negative scores and bans accordingly.

Ban remains in effect, you may rejoin the server tomorrow morning. We appreciate your effort to stop a problem in our servers, however, please let our admins handle any Mic-spamming or TK problems in our servers next time.

My score was far from negative. I was like 2nd or 3rd on the team lol
