I think Carwin has a good chance of winning the fight - his insane boxing skills and a MMA record of 12 wins and 0 loss, not to mention he has knockoutet all his opponents after first round and defeated Frank Mir at UFC111, who defeated Lesnar in Lesnar's first UFC fight.

Well on Lesner losing his first UFC fight it was because he never had experience with much holds and bars etc. Next time he got ol frank he pounded the fool and trained for counter holds. Now Carwin however has major experience and larger fists than Lesnar to 'Hulk Smash' with. Sure be fun to see.
