This, was pretty cool, and all they need to do is make the mechanism smaller and they could patent that! Though all it takes is one person to whine about it being too tight or having it cut circulation off so their foot falls asleep and then they'll trip and fall cause they can't support their own body weight and a massive lawsuit will kill the idea entirely.
