Can't play

Everytime I refresh the servers list its says "No servers responded" and when I join a game through the friends list I can play for a couple of seconds ... in fact i think its in the precise moment I spawn that it shows up in top right corner : "Warning Auto-disconnect in X"

Try deleting your client registry blob or reinstalling DoD:s

Sounds to me like your internet is fail...

If servers aren't responding, and you are auto-disconnecting, it's definitely something to do with your net.

I have an issue where when I first load DODS, I cannot join a server. If I refresh my favorites until it populates, I join with no problem. It may or may not help for you.

No, its not my internet... couz i used to be abl to play... And even in my ping is higher in american servers i had a good ping in european servers but now it just doesnt work....

Reset your internet modem or try looking at settings in steam.
