Star Ruler is a 4x game that is somewhat comparable to Sins of Solar Empire, if Sins of a Solar Empire was on steroids.

They list the main features on the front page but here's some of the main ones.

Customizable ships.

Extensive modding support.

A easy to follow UI.

Vast randomly generated universes.

They also have a stream up every now and then that shows off the gameplay and it's pretty god damn bitchen. One example is the guy had equipped his ship with a energy leech weapon that drained all the energy from a enemy ship then uses it to power a giant ass superweapon to blow it to bits. Or another is the guy showed you can build ships however big you wanted, to prove this he cheated himself up to a whole ton of resources and built a ship the size of the galaxy and used it to blow up enemy stars and planets.

So look into this game if you're thinking about getting a new strategy game or if you've just got a itch for a good 4x game.

Yeah I pre-ordered it. The game is really fucking awesome but still pretty rough around the edges. It's a game that was made by two guys so they kinda had to get out what would have been roughly a beta in order to help pay for starting up a studio. So far the game has been coming along nicely seeing as how it's their first and only game they tend to do some pretty big updates to it every week.

Only real complaints I have is the camera controls are really damn weird to get use to and the ship models look like ass seeing as how both the guys that work on this have little experience with textures/modeling.

Pretty much if you buy it just play around with it, the mutiplayer is still getting bugs worked out and the AI is a little derp but every week they make progress on fixing things up and getting new content out.

I enjoy Sins, this game looks interesting, but i might wanna see some more videos, and or wait till its a little more bug free before i call it better than a polished game like Sins....

      MARINE CORPS ENLISTMENT OFFICE Camp Pendleton, CA   RECRUITMENT LETTER     Hello Paul Smith, Thank you for taking interest in joining the 1st Marine Raider Battalion.   During your trial period the following will occur: Once accepted as a Recruit, you will remain as a Recruit for 2 weeks from the day of your acceptance until the next BCT Class is offered. During your time as a recruit, it is highly encouraged to play within the Public Server and join Discord with our other members. Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by one of our DIs when the next available BCT is scheduled via the appropriate Discord channel.   We have a BCT class every two weeks.
