DoD:S = internet crash and reset?

alright. recently each time i tried connecting to any dod server including the 1st mrb.

my internet disconnects completely and the modem resets itself ive already spoken with my ISP. they have no idea why its happening only with this game.

add to that the person i spoke to is a steam user themselves. ive even tried re installing dod:s can anyone help me fix this problem if its on my side or what should i talk about if i call customer service at Primus. wich is my ISP.

i can play any other game including mw2 wich demands more from the internet then dod. so yea... help?

Can you run a trace route and let me know what you see?

Drop into the command line. If you are running windows 7 or vista, you should find it under "accessories". XP just has a Run command at the start button. Type 'cmd' and it will drop you into it.

Type 'cd \windows'

then type tracert 8.6.76.164

It should give you results like this:
