Unban Request :: Pr!mos | L!keABoss or Pimphand

[Gooderham 1st MRB]

Earlier this evening I banned Pimphand on suspicions of hacking. I told him that I did not record a demo and therefore, a ban will undoubtedly be overturned. I asked him to appeal his ban himself however I feel it necessary to appeal on his behalf. SSgt. Legend was also present and I asked him to consult, and it was after a conversation with him that I made the decision to ban him. Additionally, another member of Primos made threatening remarks towards one our unit members, I believe in an attempt to blackmail me into repealing the ban.

This is the conversation:

MSgt. K. Gooderham [1st MRB]: After myself and another 1st MRB member specd you we were suspicious of a hack

im confused...arnt you supposed to submit the demo first before you ban someone if you think their hacking....cause it sais right at the top do not use admin powers on a "suspected" hacker but feel free to take the demo. Regardless if he can appeal it or not the actions taken against him were unecessary.

Yeah this whole post confuses me like crazy.

I banned him because, at the time of the incident, the pub had no more than 12 people in it. I did not want players to leave due to the suspicious activities of another pubber. I did NOT record a demo because I figured I may have been overly suspicious. Additionally, I appealed the ban on his behalf, partly because I mistakenly banned him permanently, not for the 24 hours that I had meant to.

Finally, there shouldn't be a reason for any response in this thread by anyone other than an officer.
